On May 26, 2008, the ceremony of commemoration took place at the Jewish cemetery in Siedleczka-Kanczuga (podkarpackie province). The event was prepared by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland along with Siedleczka-Kanczuga Landmanshaft.
A private memorial ceremony will take place on August 17, 2008.

During the last few months the cemetery was fenced by the Foundation thanks to the support of the Landmanshaft, and cleaned up in cooperation with local authorities.
