On August 19, 2008, the students of the schools in Krasnik (lubelskie province) cleaned up the local Jewish cemetery. The works were organized by the 'Behind the Gate' Foundation in cooperation with the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland and the town authorities as one of the actions taken within the frames of the 'Research on the Attitude Towards Jews and Their Heritage.
