On January 10, 2009, a demonstration of solidarity with Israel took place in Warsaw. Among the chanted slogans were: 'Stop the Terrorism of Hamas' and 'Israel has the right to defend itself'. Present were nearly 300 participants. Among the organizers are the Christian Reformed Church, Foundation Hope For Freedom, Pentecostal Church in Warsaw, Jewish Cultural Association Beit Warsaw, Midrash Society, Bnai Brith Poland Association and the Schorr Foundation.
